Cooking Tuna Pasta Alfredo

- This delicious pasta recipe is ready in about 30 minutes. The first step is to cook the linguine according to package directions. Set it aside and cover it with cling wrap to prevent it from drying out while you make the Alfredo sauce. Spaghetti and fettuccine are other viable options.

- Melt the butter in a skillet and begin cooking the Alfredo sauce. Add the chopped garlic immediately away while the butter is melting. This allows the garlic to cook gently while the butter melts, preventing it from burning. Furthermore, the majority of the garlic's tastes are removed throughout the process. 2. Prepare the Tuna:

   - Drain the canned tuna and flake it with a fork into bite-sized pieces. Set it aside for now.


3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:

   - Melt the butter in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic for approximately 1 minute, or until aromatic and beginning to turn golden.


4. Add Cream and Cheese:

   - Stir in the heavy cream well. Bring the cream to a mild boil, but do not allow it to boil.

   - While constantly swirling, gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese. Continue to cook and stir until the sauce thickens and the cheese melts completely.


5. Season the Sauce:

   - Season the sauce to taste with salt and black pepper. Keep in mind that the Parmesan cheese is already salty, so go easy with the salt.


6. Add Tuna and Pasta:

   - To the Alfredo sauce, add the flakes tuna and cooked pasta. Toss everything together until the pasta is completely covered in the creamy sauce.


7. Serve:

   - Remove the pan from the heat after the pasta and tuna are thoroughly warm.
